Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is truly fantastic, being just a stone's throw from various attractions like the national museum and the royal palace. While the rooms were a decent size and came with a nice balcony, I found some issues that took away from the overall experience. The service could definitely be improved, given the maintenance issues and the presence of ants. Nonetheless, the value for money is reasonable considering the area.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty decent, with bars and restaurants nearby, and my room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. However, the service left much to be desired, with maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns that really affected my overall experience. It felt like there was potential here, but it just didn't quite hit the mark this time.
I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel, situated in a great area near the national museum, royal palace, and riverfront. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, and I noticed some issues in the bathroom, but the balcony added a nice touch. The staff was a mixed bag, as I got a generous room upgrade, but their helpfulness could use improvement. All in all, it’s a good value for the price, but there are definitely some areas that need attention.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I loved having a private balcony, but the presence of bars on all the windows made me feel uneasy. There were a few light issues that made my room quite dim, and I did run into some cleanliness issues with flooding and ants. On a positive note, the staff were nice and quite helpful with coordinating tours and tickets, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
I had a decent stay at this boutique hotel, which was clean and well-appointed with recently refurbished rooms. The staff was nice and helpful, assisting with bookings, but the service could use improvement, especially with the bathroom issues. The location is quite central, close to various attractions, but the surrounding area felt a bit off. Overall, it was a fair value for money, although there were some concerns that made the experience less than ideal.
